Terms of service

The agreement between you and yoflow, in plain words.

Build Smart. Flow Better.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Wright Consulting Inc., an Alberta company that runs yoflow.io ("yoflow", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or organisation that signs up, and everyone you invite to your site. By signing up for or using yoflow, you agree to these terms. They include a limit on our liability.

If you have a separate written agreement with us, for example for Pro Flow, that agreement applies where it differs from these terms.

Your account

  • You're responsible for your account, for everyone you invite, and for what they do in yoflow.
  • Each person signs in with a link sent to their own email address, so keep your email account secure. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in on your Account page.
  • Accounts must be opened by a person, not by a bot or other automated method.
  • Don't use yoflow to break the law, to publish anything that infringes someone else's rights, to spread malware or spam, or to harm others. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Your website and your other accounts

  • Your website's files stay in your GitHub account and are published by your Cloudflare account. Those accounts are yours, and GitHub's and Cloudflare's own terms apply to them.
  • yoflow reads and changes your site's files only through the yoflow.io GitHub app, only on the repositories you choose, and only to make the changes you and your people ask for. You can remove the app from your GitHub account at any time.
  • Everything on your website is yours. You give us permission to handle it only as needed to run yoflow for you. We claim no ownership of it.
  • You're responsible for what's published on your website.
  • If your website uses yoflow contact forms, you're responsible for how you handle what visitors send you.

Price, free trial and payment

  • The yoflow editor costs US$9.99 a month for each website. Pro Flow is priced by quote.
  • The free trial lasts 14 days. You add a card when you start. If you don't cancel before the 14 days end, your card is charged US$9.99 on day 15, and again every month after that, in advance.
  • We'll email you a reminder before your free trial ends.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
  • Prices don't include taxes. Where we're required to, we add sales tax, such as GST/HST, to your bill.
  • If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
  • If a payment fails, editing in yoflow is turned off until it's paid. Your website stays online, because it's in your own accounts.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time on the Billing page in yoflow. No call or email needed.
  • If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
  • If you cancel after that, you won't be charged again, and you can keep editing until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • We don't refund partial months automatically. See Cancellation and refunds.
  • If you delete your customer account, yoflow stops working on your site and removes your information from yoflow, as described in our Privacy policy. Your website, its files and its history stay in your GitHub and Cloudflare accounts.

If we close an account

  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unless it's a case of abuse, we'll email the account first.
  • Abuse of anyone who works on yoflow, including threats, will result in the account being closed.

Changes to yoflow

We improve yoflow over time, and we may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you by email first.

No guarantees

yoflow is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We work hard to keep it running, secure and free of bugs, but we don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, free of errors or free of harmful code.

For help, email help@yoflow.io.

What we aren't responsible for

  • Security breaches. We protect yoflow carefully, but no system is completely secure. We can't guarantee that no one will ever get past our security, and we aren't responsible for unauthorised access to, or changes to, yoflow, your accounts or your website.
  • Your sign-ins. You're responsible for everything done with your sign-ins and those of the people you invite, and for keeping your email, GitHub and Cloudflare accounts secure.
  • Downtime. We aren't responsible for yoflow being unavailable, interrupted or slow, for whatever reason.
  • Lost or damaged content. We aren't responsible for any content that is lost, damaged or published by mistake. Your site's files and every version of them are kept in your own GitHub account, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies. We have no duty to back up your website for you.
  • Changes made by you, your people or your AI. You're responsible for every change made and published through your account, whether by you, someone you invited, an agency, or an AI account you connect.
  • Other companies' services. yoflow relies on services run by others, including GitHub, Cloudflare and Stripe, and the AI accounts you connect. We aren't responsible for them, including when they are unavailable, change how they work, or lose data.
  • What's on your website. You're responsible for everything published on your website and for making sure you have the right to publish it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable to you or anyone else for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of yoflow or your inability to use it, however caused, including by negligence.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to yoflow or these terms, added together, will not be more than US$75.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email account owners.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
